I just wanted to shoot a quick reminder that protective styling works! Now you don't have to wear twists and braids all the time. There are SO many variations you can use. The 3 main rules of protective styling are:
- Low manipulation: touch, brush and style your hair at a minimal amount.
- Protect your ends: tuck them under! They can endure weather damage.
- Limit the heat: if you choose to use heat be sure to protect your hair from possible damage
Now you can decide what style options you prefer but keeping those above mentioned rules in mind, the possibilities are endless! GO CRAZY!!
I want to offer some encouragement to all of you. It takes time for hair to grow. (I don't like that fact) But it is the truth. SO with that said, just be patient and with time you will begin to see substantial growth. Our hair does grow!
